Seminar Background: 

Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park as a high-level talents overseas innovative and pioneering one of the first base, has been carrying out and implementation of the "central human resources working group to coordinate the implementation of overseas high-level group on plans to introduce the views of professionals" (the "thousand Scheme") of the requirements, recommended the introduction of the park to participate in selection of overseas talent. 

In order to intensify and accelerate the progress of the introduction of foreign high-level talents, in 2010, "thousands of people plan" to declare the work in January, May and September to three batches. Has now published the fourth installment of the central "mass scheme" selected list published Zhangjiang Park, four more overseas talented people selected. So far, more than 800 nationwide "thousands of people plan" was selected, of whom a total of 130 Shanghai, Zhangjiang Park, 16 selected (14 business class, innovation and class 2). 

In order to understand the majority of enterprises in the park, incubator centers will be "thousands of people plan" policies and reporting processes detailed description, and corporate on-site counseling for issues related to policy.
