Construction Planning   Zhangjiang National Semiconductor Lighting Industrialized Base is primarily planned to be divided into three phases as follows:   Phase 1: Integrate semiconductor lighting industry chain resources and start up photoelectron industry by utilizing the area of 2.5 km2 on the Technical Innovation Zone and Scientific Research and Education Zone.   Phase 2: Launch business in the area to the south of Chuanyang River in Zhangjiang.   Phase 3: Further develop photoelectron industry within the area of 16km2 of Zhangjiang.
