He is a senior consultant of Shanghai Municipal Personnel Bureau century Jincai Network. He's long been engaged in enterprise bargaining work, and as a person in charge of labor and personnel of large state-owned enterprises for many years; familiar with labor laws and social security policy, especially social security apply to enterprises, social security auditing, pension, disability insurance payments and injury policy, with a wealth of combat experience and being good at case analysis.
