January 29th, the reporter learned from the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress that a bill about calling for making laws to improve the investment and management environment to ensure the innovational and industry development. The bill was jointly handled in by 13 members from Pudong New Area leaded by Liu Xiaolong. It got much attention on the meeting.
The representatives said that Shangai should make a law concern with Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park to ensure the assembling of High-tech Industry, contributing to the financial mode change of Shanghai. This is the first bill accepted by Shanghai National People's Congress.
