The testing of Zhangjiang Park share price transfer (hereinafter refers to the New Three Panels) is an important part of China's multi-level capital market. Up to the end of July, 2009, there has been 59 companies listed on the New Three Panels whose share value has been reached 900 billion and the average transaction price-earnings ratio was 19.25 times.
 According to the State Council, the testing will be enlarged and Zhangjiang will be one of the testing park. The detailed was as following:

 Subject : both registration and tax household are in the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and a business unit of independent legal personality

 Application time: Feb. 5th, 2010 —— Feb 28th, 2010

 The application conditions:

 A. The company has been existed more than 2 years
B. The company project should meet the Park Production Policy, having independent intellectual property rights or innovative business models and good market prospects, have a good economic and social benefits
C. The company should have a sound financial management system, a standard accounting, a good financial condition and have a clean running record

 The application progress:
The company apply to the Zhangjiang Park Administrative Committee and the material needed are included:

(1) "Zhangjiang Park 2010 New Three Panels Testing Company Application Form" the form should be filled by the application company and stamped with official seal.
(2)The copy of Business license and tax registration certificates stamped with official seal
(3)The announcement of the authenticity of the statement submitted materials
These written material should be triplicated and send in an electronic edition at the same time
 B. Zhangjiang Park Administrative Committee experts and relevant institutions will evaluate the applicants for first trial and listed the proper ones into the New Three Panels. Then, according to the actual condition, recommendation to declare the Zhangjiang High-tech Zone restructuring and listing type, and other special funds to finance
