As the representative company of the semicon industry, SMIC's 65-nanometer technology has finally put into LRIP in 2009, which made a new record on the history of China's Circuit manufacturing industry. However, the long-term loss make this company suffer. Suddenly, people realized that "making money is the first of all" and as long as the innovation technology is separated from the earning, it was useless. But we should not forget that, the progress we make today of SMIC was benefit from the support of government.
