Water Supply£ºBoth domestic and industrial water used by the Park are circulating water supplied by Shanghai Water Corporation. The Park is paved with transportation and water supply pipes (¦µ300mm - ¦µ800mm), and has total water consumption of 206.3 thousand m3 with peak water consumption of 15,000m3/h at water pressure of 156Kpa (1.5Kg/m2). The water quality meets GB5749-85 state standard for drinking water.

Electric power supply£ºThe electric power used by the Park is supplied by East China Grid. The Park will be equipped with three 220KV transform substations and 21 35KV transform substations as planned. A 220KV transform substation is being built at the micro-electronic industry base (Phase 2).

Low voltage power supply£ºFor users with a total power capacity of uniphase supplied equipment below 10KW, 220V uniphase low voltage power supply can be used; For users with a total power capacity of electric equipment below 350KW or peak power capacity under 220V, 280V 3-phase 4-wire low voltage power supply can be used;
10KV Power Supply£ºUsers with total power capacity below6,300KVA are supplied by 10KV power;
35KV Power Supply£ºUsers with total power capacity between 6,300KVA and 40,000KVA are supplied by 35KV power;
Power Supply of 110KV or above£ºUsers with total power capacity above 40,000KVA are supplied by power of 110KV or above;
The rating for power supply capacity can be varied in certain circumstance.

Communications£ºThe Park will install two telephone equipment-rooms with a capacity of 60-80 thousand lines each and one telephone equipment-room with capacity of 20-30 thousand lines as planned. There has been a telephone exchange center with a capacity of 60 thousand lines in use, which is able to provide various communication services including E-mail service, PDS comprehensive layout, leasing lines, visual graphs, wireless calling, mobile communication, faxing, satellite communication, data communication, etc. an optical fibre ring network has been set up for the use of companies at the Park. In addition, an intranet of Zhangjiang Park is being built, which provides an internet access of 10M/100M/1Gbps and offers a high speed Internet outlet.

 
Heating Steam£ºThe Park provides centralized heating. Two heating steam stations have been set up, one has an output of 30 Ton/Hour, outlet pressure 1.6Mpa and temperature 250¡æ and another has an output of 40 Ton/Hour, outlet pressure 2.5Mpa, and temperature 400¡æ. The Park will set up new heating steam stations as needed.

Drainage£ºThe Park is to establish 8 drainage system for rain. 3 pump works for rain and a perfect drainage system have been built so far, with total training capacity of 44.04m3/s, covering a service area of 6.24km2. Eight types of draining pipes with caliber size ranging from ¦µ600mm-¦µ2,400mm have already been paved under the ground of the Park.

Sewerage£ºTwo sewage pump works have been built at the Park with the maximum discharge capacity of 2£¬504L/S and average discharge capacity of 1£¬926L/S (i.e. 166,406m3 per day). The sewage will be transmitted via pump works through general South Shanghai sewage pipeline to Bailong Harbor for disposition. Enterprises at the Park shall discharge sewage in compliance with the amount requirement and Integrated Waste Water Discharge Standard (DB31/199-1997) promulgated by Shanghai Municipal Government. The Class 1 sewage shall below the effluent concentration standard specified in Table 2 of the Standard, and Class 2 sewage shall below the effluent concentration standard for Class 2 sewage specified in Table 4 of the Standard and Discharge standard for Municipal Waste Water £¨CJ18-86£©promulgated by the Ministry.

Gas Supply£ºThe Park uses natural gas supplied by municipal gas network of Pudong New Area, adopting two-graded user-adjustable supply. The natural gas is transmitted at pressure 1.5-0.6MPa and distributed at pressure 0.4-0.2MPa.
